1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of camgirlpal.com (the “Site” or “Service”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may offer additional guidelines or policies for certain features. Those guidelines are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We support labeling standards such as the RTA — Restricted To Adults meta tag and maintain a 2257 compliance page for transparency.

3. Nature of the Service

CamgirlPal provides a creator directory and community features, including accounts, profiles, chat, reactions, levels, and embedded streams from third-party services. We organize links to creator profiles, official pages, and related resources. We are not a talent agency or payment processor and do not manage accounts on third-party streaming platforms. Those platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

4. Outbound Links & Third Parties

The Site includes links to third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use third-party sites at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

5. Content Ownership & Takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. Thumbnails, names, and references shown on the Site are used for identification and linking purposes. If you believe a link or reference on the Site infringes your rights or is inaccurate, please contact us via /contact with details so we can review.

For copyright complaints, you may submit a takedown request through /contact. Include sufficient information to identify the material and your rights in it. We may remove or modify links at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Site if you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• Posting or linking to content involving minors, exploitation, or non-consensual material.
• Harassment, doxxing, impersonation, or threatening behavior.
• Automated scraping or high-volume requests that disrupt the Site.
• Reverse engineering or circumventing security or access controls.
• Using the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate another party’s rights.

7. Affiliates & Advertising

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you sign up or purchase through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps support the Site. We aim to label and place links clearly so you can make informed choices.

8. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CamgirlPal (camgirlpal.com), the operator of the Site and CamgirlPal Community, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the Site, create an account, use Google sign-in, or participate in the community.

Information we collect

• Account information: your chosen username, email address, account identifier, registration details, and email preferences. For accounts using a password, we store a password hash.
• Google sign-in information: your Google account identifier and verified email address, used to identify your account and sign you in.
• Information you submit: profile details, avatars, social links, chat messages, private messages, reactions, and other community contributions.
• Community activity: presence, levels, experience points, leaderboard activity, and records needed to operate and moderate the community.
• Technical information: session and browser identifiers, saved preferences, and technical or security logs. Our hosting services may record IP addresses, browser information, request times, and errors when serving the Site.

Google sign-in

Choosing Continue with Google redirects you to Google to select and authenticate your account. We request the openid and email permissions. We use the returned Google account identifier and verified email address to create or link your community account and authenticate future sign-ins. Your public community identity is your chosen username.

We do not receive your Google password and do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google contacts, or Google Drive files. Your email address and Google account identifier are not displayed as public profile information.

Google processes sign-in under its own Privacy Policy. You can revoke CamgirlPal's access through your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete your CamgirlPal account or unsubscribe you from community emails.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide profiles, chat, reactions, presence, and community features; maintain email preferences; send community communications; respond to support requests; troubleshoot errors; prevent abuse; moderate the community; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Community emails and Brevo

Our registration flow includes community email updates as disclosed on the registration form. We use Brevo to manage our community email list and deliver updates, announcements, and giveaways. For subscribed accounts, we send Brevo your email address, list membership information, and any configured contact attributes, such as your community username. Synchronization may run periodically, so changes may take time to appear.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a community email or change your email preference in My Profile. Unsubscribing from community updates does not delete your website account. Removing you from our community list does not necessarily delete a Brevo contact record, other list memberships, or suppression records used to honor unsubscribe requests. Public and private information

Your username, publicly shared profile details, avatar, public messages, reactions, levels, leaderboard entries, and community presence may be visible to other visitors. Optional information, including social links or a wallet address, may be public when you choose to publish it. Avoid posting information you do not want others to see or copy.

Private messages are stored to provide messaging between participants. Authorized personnel may access account information and stored messages when needed for support, moderation, security, or legal obligations. Private messaging should not be treated as end-to-end encrypted.

Service providers and other disclosures

Our hosting provider, HostGator, supports website hosting, databases, and server operations. Google supports Google authentication, and Brevo supports community email management. These providers may process information as needed to perform their respective services. Their processing may take place in countries other than your own.

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect people, enforce our terms, or secure the Service.

Cookies, browser storage, and embedded services

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and protect authentication flows. Browser identifiers help operate viewer presence, and local browser storage may remember player settings and other preferences. Blocking or clearing these technologies may sign you out or affect site functionality.

Embedded streams, videos, advertisements, and linked platforms may collect technical information, use their own cookies, or receive referral information when you load or interact with them. This includes platforms such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, and YouTube where their content is embedded. Their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies.

Storage, security, and retention

Account and community information is stored in our website database. Password-based accounts use password hashes, and Google authentication is handled through Google's sign-in flow. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. Account and community records are kept to operate the Service, and some records may need to remain for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or backup recovery. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention of specific information. Removal from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in backups or records independently maintained by service providers.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can edit available profile settings, change community email preferences, unsubscribe from community emails, and revoke Google access. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or personal information, contact us at camgirlpal.com/contact or helloadamwilson@gmail.com. We may ask for information necessary to verify that you control the account before acting on a request. Privacy rights and any applicable exceptions depend on where you live.

The Service is intended only for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if higher. If you believe a person under that age has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. If we introduce a materially different use of Google account information, we will disclose that change and obtain any consent required before using that information for the new purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, camgirlpal.com and its owners, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any third-party sites linked from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless camgirlpal.com and its owners and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
